The Libyan Liaison office in Washington DC , Consular Section, announces that Consular fees for Commercial transactions are as follows:

· Authentication of Certificate of origin --------------------$40
· Authentication of Commercial invoice -------------------$40
- Plus 1/1000 from value of exported goods.
- The Certificate of origin and Commercial invoices must be authenticated, this can be done through the National U.S. -Arab Chamber of Commerce and the address is :-

1- Documents should be notarized before a local notary public
2-Documents should be certified under the Seal of your State Capital
3-Certification relating to the Seal of your State has then to be obtained from:
